Sleeps 4 in wall bed and sofa bed with sauna, hot tub, fitness room on site or enjoy the amenities with other owners at the KCA Clubhouse on the meadow with pool, fitness center, owners lounge w/food service, kids area, outdoor hot tubs and many planned activities. Come when it's not your week and only pay a housekeeping fee in any size property. Customary for buyer to pay 3% RETF for KCA membership. Utilities included in HOA dues.
